方便有大床的酒店

入住雙人房，大床一張，床很大，很舒適，日本很少有這種雙人床，房間空間不大，但可接受，台前工作人員服務態度也很好，地點很近JR站，附近又多餐廳，很方便

Comfortable hotel near to the station.

Initially we were given a room on 5th floor with a generator outside but when we asked to move to a quiet room we were given one on 11th floor which was very quiet and comfortable.Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a meal in the restaurant which was very nice and beautifully presented but fairly expensive. Only hotel in our trip that didn't have breakfast included in the price.

各方面都滿意 房間及廁所面積都ok 我地只係用松本作中轉站 坐巴士到東京 酒店位置在巴士站隔離 小插曲 在房間用風筒吹時 跳fuse 酒店員工很快便fix 問題 奇怪今次昇龍道旅兩次遇到此情況

東急チェーンの標準的なサービス｡可もなく不可もなく。普通の対応です。他の東急レイより少し部屋の防音機能が低いが気になることはなかった。

松本駅至近でロケーションは最高ですが、設備が古く全体的に暗いイメージ。到着時部屋のトイレの水が流れっぱなしでした。レバーが引っかかっていたのですが、これも設備の古さとメンテナンスのレベルを物語っているものと思いました。

I selected this hotel because it is the highest rated hotel near the Matsumoto train station. It is convenient to the station and in walking distance to the Matsumoto Castle, shopping and eating areas. Like most Japanese hotels, it is very tiny but at least they have laundry facilities and it is clean.

松本駅降りてすぐです。ほんとに近くて便利です。周囲にはコンビニ、食事をするところとありますので困ることはありません。予定していた駅レンタカーまでの距離も100mくらいと便利です。よく松本いくのでまた利用します

とにかく駅前なので便利です スタッフの対応も親切で良いです 部屋は落ち着いた雰囲気で、グッスリ眠れました 松本行き、２回ともこのホテルを利用

駅から近く便利

宿泊前のメールでの質問に対して、丁寧に答えていただき助かりました。 サッカー観戦のため宿泊。他のホテルに空室がなく、このホテルを選んだのですがそれで正解でした。 何よりも駅から近いこと。スタッフの方も親切で感じが良かった。空室が喫煙ルームのみで、最初はたばこに匂いが少し気になった程度でした。（室内にリセッシュが置いてあり、役だった）
