"Check in was easy, room was clean, parking was easy to organise. I really enjoyed the use of the pool and my buffet breakfast. Rooms are a bit dated, no AC and there are no plug sockets by the beds for charging phones."

"The room we were booked into had some maintenance issues and seen better days. Alex the Duty manager was great- showed us an alternative room in the main building and personally took care of moving luggage. Only thing that takes away from 5* was the attitude and service of some of the bar and waiting staff, breakfast seemed a bit all over the place in both getting a table and the service, young staff arguing about what time it finished and bumping into tables - some 6th form common room...
