One of the most noticeable issues was the condition of the elevators. The walls looked as though they had not been properly cleaned in years, which immediately raised concerns about overall upkeep. "The room was beautiful and quiet and the coffee espresso pods were delicious. Don’t understand why hotel bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans? The art was outstanding. We had brunch and it was good. Didn’t know about the rooftop pool. Staff could be a little more helpful with providing an overview of the amenities and they didn’t offer the WiFi password with. Super classy place and a great location."

"When you walk into the lobby the hotel was spotless and had a very clean and pleasant smell. The rooms were extremely clean and big, a king size bed with a sitting desk area and a trundle sofa , the shower was excellent and the room had the best air conditioner temperature I have ever experienced in any hotel. The hallways were extremely clean and also had a very clean and pleasant smell. The breakfast was free and had a great variety of items which were very good. They had a coffee station...

"Very clean and modern. The staff were friendly and efficient. We did also eat in the restaurant which has happy hour from 3:30-6:00pm if you eat at the bar. Lots of apps and drinks on the happy hour menu. The hotel beds were very comfortable and the rain shower is a nice amenity. There was one thing I would mention for light sleepers, the hallway and adjacent room noise could be heard. There was no late night noise, so we slept well."

"This place is really great. The staff are super nice and friendly. Our room was super clean, really quiet, and had a comfy bed with fresh, nice-smelling sheets. Breakfast was delicious and delightful. Parking costs extra, but it's secure. I totally recommend staying here."

"The hotel looked as good as the money spent to stay here, which was a pretty penny. They had a dozen or so options for breakfast each day. They also had snacks and healthy meals in the lobby so I didn't need to leave or order fast food. It was a nice, clean and calm environment that I could've saved money booking months earlier. "

"4 different staff members went out of their way to attempt to stoke me into unnecessary and potentially unfriendly conversation. Housekeeping on the 3rd floor has a set up that is not comfortable. Had only one unpleasant encounter w maintenance staff in same nature as general service. Orlando has a lot of servers yo. And yes, the rooms have open sockets where lights used to be with potential for abuse in my experience. I liked the area closer to the mini airport and festival park better."
