Room was ok, hotel looked great, front desk, concierge and management staff were great, but had a really poor service on the signature level by the pool and beach. Given the chance and the price paid, I would not go back.

O hotel é muito bom e oferece uma experiência agradável, mas há pontos que poderiam ser melhorados para tornar a estadia perfeita. O principal problema foi o check-in, que precisa de mais organização. Houve filas longas tanto na chegada quanto na retirada das chaves às 15h, sem distinção entre hóspedes fazendo check-in e check-out, o que gerou confusão e demora desnecessária. Os restaurantes temáticos variam muito em qualidade: o Mediterrâneo se destacou pelo ótimo ambiente, comida e atendimento; já o japonês foi simples, com poucas opções e demora no serviço; o de carnes foi o pior, ambiente extremamente quente e carnes duras, sendo difícil até conseguir picanha. Os banheiros comuns exigem mais cuidado, com reposição frequente de sabão, papel e limpeza, principalmente os da área da piscina. O buffet principal é excelente, mas o horário de abertura (12h30 no almoço e 18h30 no jantar) poderia ser adiantado em 30 minutos para facilitar famílias com bebês. Entre os pontos positivos, o serviço de concierge é excepcional, eficiente e disponível pelo WhatsApp, resolvendo rapidamente qualquer solicitação. O café próximo à recepção é ótimo, com doces, salgados e drinks de alta qualidade. Os quartos são amplos, confortáveis e bem equipados, e as piscinas aquecidas têm bom atendimento e bebidas variadas. O bar de praia do Signature oferece atendimento premium, drinks e petiscos excelentes, além de comodidades como toalhas disponíveis no local. O hotel entrega uma experiência boa.

O serviço de hotelaria não foi bom. Todos os dias faltava alguma coisa. Tiravam copos sujos mas não havia reposição, limpavam o banheiro mas não colocavam piso, tivemos de reclamar porque tinha acabado o shower gel. Perdi as contas de quantas vezes precisamos acionar o concierge. Para o check in tivemos de esperar 30 minutos , após o horário do check in para entrar no quarto. Ou seja pelo o que se anuncia, ficou muito a desejar

Muito dinheiro, pouca entrega

Muito razoável. Difícil acesso as bebidas premium, varios produtos acabam durante o dia como bebidas, sorvetes e comidas, e não tem reposição. Travesseiros parecem pedras e chuveiro sem pressão. As redes sociais e propagandas pode considerar como bem "ilusórias". As comidas tem pouca variedade entre os dias, você já sabe exatamente o que vai ser servido todos os dias em todas as refeições. Particularmente os doces são bem fracos, com muita maizena, como hotéis de baixo custo costumam fazer. Decepção resume.

Muito bom!! Resort bem estruturado, funcionários muito educados, comida boa, piscinas excelentes, passeio muito agradável. Somente alguns pontos a melhorar, como iluminação no quarto e ambientes, ar condicionado do quarto não gelava muito bem, não tem tantas opções de bebidas não alcoólicas e falta de opções de porções nos bares.
