"If you are staying in La Fortuna, I cannot imagine a better option. We used it as a home base for all the usual activities in the area. "Cabañas Litos is a little Oasis in the middle of busy La Fortuna. They are accommodating and responsive. The property is well maintained and quiet. We enjoyed our 3 nights."

"We had a three day stay at Lumina Valley View Monteverde in April 2025. The house is very spacious, modern and comfortable. It has an amazing gourmet kitchen (love the waterfall style granite countertop!) and a great view with a lovely, vibrant orange sunset. Lovely furnishings and decor. "The pool, beds and space on the property are excellent. The kitchen is small but functional although missing some common amenities (i.e. dish towels). You can tell and appreciate that the construction is new and in relatively solid shape. There were a few items where the quality of the craftmanship was less than ideal. "Natascha was an excellent hostess and gave us vouchers for breakfast and a trip to Relax Termalitas, which was a fun hot springs park. The cabanas have a good AC which keeps it nice and cool. Natascha was extremely helpful and responsive over WhatsApp. I highly recommend this property. "
