"The lobby and open areas were clean and pretty. However, the room was dirty. The sink was clogged; one bed was dirty and stained; the floors were not cleaned. The walls and trim had nicks and needed to be repaired and painted. We had no housekeeping so rather than changing rooms they brought us clean ..."
