"New owner making nice improvements. My room was clean and fresh with new paint, new carpet, new linens and towel with comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The location is quiet and just a few steps to the Freedom Trail which leads to the downtown promenade type river walk area, waterfall, hot spring bath houses, and restaurant district. The new owner is very positive, friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are both ready to use and looked like a clean area. Each day I missed going down for breakfast but the owner mentioned having added more selection and improvements. I also must say that the weekend rate is excellent especially for the summer season. I am happy to have found this place and the hot springs area for a quick visit. I loves the walking trails and the overall beauty of the downtown area!!"
