What truly makes this place special is the staff, especially Salah. He was incredibly patient, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations, directions, and anything we needed. "Super Unterkunft, ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen! Lage top und 10 Minuten Gehweg vom Zentrum Jamaa el-fna entfernt. Aber man muss ca. 400m zur Unterkunft laufen, da es nicht mit Auto direkt erreichbar ist. Das Personal hat viele Empfehlungen geben können und war bei allem hilfreich. Die Zimmer, der Pool und die Unterkunft an sich waren sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Einzig das Bad hätte täglich geputzt werden können wenn möglich. "On arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming, with mint tea and confectionery while we registered. We were early so they happily looked after our luggage while we went for lunch. On our return we were shown to our superior room. We were somewhat taken aback once inside. The entire room was painted black, the walls and the ceiling, even the bathroom was painted black, walls, ceiling and including the bath. "It’s extraordinarily clear that the staff want you to feel well cared for. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. That said, just like most of the city - If you look closely, you see the cracks. The biggest bump in feeling completely relaxed was the presence of a dead cockroach in our bathroom ceiling lamp. Overall though, a very pleasant stay with some amazing humans that made us feel well cared for. Bonus points for the tortoise in the courtyard."

"The hotel doesn’t look like the photos. The photos are either AI or photoshopped. The hotel is more of a 2/3 star hotel. Breakfast was alot of food but the same over cooked eggs and they microwave the pancakes everyday. Ali was super rude, everytime I knocked on the door to get in (that’s what they require they don’t give out keys to enter) Ali would let out a big sigh that he had to go get to the door and open it. Yosef was very nice and friendly. But Ali definitely put a sour taste in my mouth...
