"2023/12/12〜12/15まで3泊４日で利用しました。まず、マレ国際空港からのスピードボートはHotelに連絡すれば予約を取って頂けます。ただ、immigrationを通過して入国し、換金やSIMカードを入手するには、１時間〜２時間かかりますので、飛行機到着時間から２時間は時間を空けてスピードボートを予約した方が良いです。マーフシ島に到着した際はHotelのスタッフが港でリヤカーを持って待っていてくれる為、非常に助かりました。 Hotelの立地は1番賑やかな方面とは逆方向にですが、海沿いでありながら非常に静かでした。 Hotelのスタッフは非常にフレンドリーで、親切な説明もして頂き、非常に良いです。部屋の状況も思っていたよりも広くて、清潔でした。一つだけ問題は、シャワーの水圧が非常に弱い(今まで世界のいろいろなHotelに泊まりましたが、その中でも三本の指に入る弱さです)為、シャワーに異常に時間がかかり、あまりシャワーを浴びた気がしない感じでした。 "

"When I arrived at the property. The television was broken. I was not informed that it was broken before my arrival nornwas I informed the sla was under maintenance. After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do. I feel like the hotel should have given us a percentage off of what I paid becuase we had amenities that were not working. Normally I would not watch TV but due to bad weather I...

"Veli is an amazing resort to visit. I cannot say enough about the staff at Veli. They were all so attentive to our needs and did everything in their capabilities to keep us happy. I really appreciated the management cocktail party because it gave us a chance to meet everyone who makes Veli such a wonderful experience. "Food was amazing, but the same food every day, except for one BBQ day. The room was excellent with a spectacular view of the sea and birds chirping. There was no problem with the internet, but there were times when there was no signal. Overall, I recommend everyone to stay, and the employees treat customers with the same level of class as the customers treat them."

"Como Cocoa is paradise on earth. This is now our favourite resort and we can’t wait to return. The resort is stunning with all rooms sitting over the water in the beautiful lagoon. The house reef is exceptional and the dive staff were knowledgeable and safe. The staff are friendly and professional, often greeting you by name, and are clearly happy in their work. Special mention goes to the chef, who makes the most delicious food and is very accommodating with the menu choices. "
