"This was the hotel that we really wanted to stay at in the area, and we're glad that we did. Nice view over the water, fantastic staff and the room was kept clean during our stay. However, there were a few small issues with the room that proper maintenance could have kept on top of - the recently repainted door meant that you had to give quite a shove to get into the room, but htat eased over a couple of days! A working safe would have been nice, and the shower provided more water than the drain...

"All the staff were extremely helpful. The reception staff went out of their way to assist us when our luggage had gone missing at the airport. Everywhere was very clean, the lady who cleaned our room was friendly and always did an excellant job. The breakfast was good quality with a wide variety of choice to suit everyone. Wahrscheinlich damit ich mich als Gast und Mitteleuropäer gleich als Mensch 2. Klasse einordnen...

"The hotel looks like a 5 star and the cleaning staff much work so hard as it was so clean and room was cleaned every day to an expectional level. But I would not call this a 5 star, the staff were not at the level expected from a 5 star, we nearly got overcharged for our bill and they told us breakfast wasn’t included even though Expedia said it was. It’s so expensive! The pool was freezing!! It needed to be heated and it said it opened at 10am but 10:30 we had to go and get staff to open it-...

"The apartment was very clean and modern. Pool was very quiet so ideal for the days we stayed at the apartment. It was very centrally located and Morrisons was a 5 minute walk. When we did have questions our interaction with the host was brilliant."

"Because my confirmation said check in starts at 3PM I thought there was a front desk at the hotel. The doors were locked and there was no front desk! It turns out these are individual units owned by individuals and they are not there to greet you. I was shocked that I wasn’t aware of that."
