"Faites attention à cette hôtel dès votre arrivée. J’ai vécu une très mauvaise expérience avec cette hôtel. Télévision fissuré et baignoire douche fissuré . Après avoir fait des photos et déclaré tout cela dès mon arrivé à la réception, ils m’ont dit ça sera traité. Toujours rien , le dernier jour de mon départ de l’hôtel , ils m’ont obligé de payer les réparations de la télévision pour 500€ . J’ai dû faire venir la police de l’immigration pour régler ce conflit. Les servants du restaurant...

"Avoid at any cost ❌ Do yourself a favor and stay away Arrived at almost 4 PM yet I had to wait for my room in the lobby ! The reception staff are unprofessional , undertrained, Impolite and manipulators when I asked for 1 hour late check out considering I had to wait for my room after 4 PM the morning shift would ask you to come and ask the evening shift whom they gonna ask you to ask the night shift whom they gonna ask you to wake up early and come to the desk to ask the morning shift again...

"La struttura sarebbe anche bella se qualcuno decidesse di fare un pò di manutenzione: la struttura è fatiscente, pulizia specialmente dei bagni davvero ai minimi termini. Il punto debole però è principalmente il cibo:abbiamo optato per la soluzione all-inclusive ma a pranzo e cena si mangia sempre le stesse cose: riso bianco, pollo, qualche insalata e quando va bene qualche pezzo di arancia. "Helpful staff at the reception and nice clean room with comfortable bed. However for the price I paid the food was mediocre. The room door frustratingly opened only after several attempts at pushing and swipes of the key card. The beautiful palm tree surround pool had imo dangerously loud music playing for hours at a time, which significantly took away from the experience. Also, inexplicably they had set up a dart board in front of the public shower by the pool...😱 The spa had a price list...

"I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. "Don’t stay at this hotel. Extremely filthy. Bathroom and shower. Cockroaches and weird bugs. The air conditioner in the room was broken and it was over 90°. They attempted to fix it for three days and it still is not fixed. Very tormenting situation. The staff are friendly and tried to help. Overall, it’s not worth the headache that you’re gonna encounter."

"I got a room with smell of coloring on the wall and whole room. I think they colored the room just a few hours before my arriving. It was horrible smell. Then I asked them too change my room. They did it but there was also smelling of coloring. I tried to open the door and window to get fresh air but unfortunately out of room was more horrible. Smelling of a dead animal or something like that. The bathroom was absolutely not clean and everything was very very old. Then in the middle of night...
