Staff could be friendly - the kick back left alot to desired, several times the nachos, cheese and toppings ran out and it took 10+ mins to refill. Soda machine was broken most of our stay. 21C Museum Hotel St Louis
We never got to check in lol. At 1830 they still has no rooms clean. Large line waiting. We just canceled and left 😩

We booked a two bedroom for three people and the 2nd bedroom didn't have a bed! Contacted property, which was very responsive, but they couldn't do anything since we booked through Hotels. com
