"The facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very helpful during our stay.
One thing about customer service I didn't like was the fact that we arrived the premises at about 2:30pm and requested early check-in barely 30min earlier after a 6 hour flight from Boston into the burning heat of AZ, common courtesy was to allow us check-in early.
The staff eventually honored our request after minutes of negotiations.
Overall our stay was great. I'll recommend"

"Booked a non smoking room. Got to the hotel checked in. The front desk put me in a room with no A/C working in Phoenix. Then after that went back down to ask for a different room. "We arrived and checked in fine. There were drug addicts surrounding the place. The pool was DIRTY. And open to the street for the people on drugs and doing drugs to watch. "I highly recommend this property. Everything was 5 star. Checking in was great. The young man was so friendly and professional. My room was much bigger than I expected and beautifully designed. The breakfast was so good. Many choices and the food was fresh and very well presented. The choices were extensive and delicious. "The night lady "1030pm" was extremely sick coughing and spreading germs all over not sure if it's related but both my kids are now sick my daughter has a medical condition and we needed to use the bathroom she said it was locked and then slammed her stuff down and bagged the walls all the way to bathroom because my daughter had to use the bathroom
