"This was probably one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful, kind and professional. The staff all around were just amazing. The check in process was very easy and fast and they provided us with all of the information we needed for our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. I stayed in a room with a double queen bed and there was plenty of room for all of my luggage and more. The kitchen area was stocked fully with plates, cups and cooking utensils. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. It was nice to have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion available to use and quality products! The pool is also open 24 hrs for 18 +so it was nice to enjoy after a long day. The breakfast buffet was truly amazing as well offering many different choices of food and beverages. The parking is a little tight I noticed but I stayed during the weekend and they do charge a $10 parking fee per day but that is understandable considering and I didn’t mind paying that. I would highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be back here in the future."

"I had two procedures in the morning. after driving 3 hours to Fred Hutch Cancer center. Not sure how I would be after booked hotel. When we got to town tried to check in so I could go straight to bed after procedures. Front desk person not very nice just black & white answers. Her response after asking anyway we could check in & telling our situation. She said. Yes we have rooms no problem to check in now ready. But you have to pay $25 extra. We already paid a lot to get here & paid a lot for the room to stay just in case had complications to two different procedures. We felt can’t spend another $25. So left for the Fred hutch cancer center very disappointed. Knowing Im not looking forward to procedures & knowing there is plenty rooms available. But needed to pay extra was very unsettling. When you have major medical issues wish there was at least better attitude not just dry robot answers. Or somewhere I could catch a break like early check in. Still trying to look at blessings everyday. But this was a frustrating day for sure Kathy as"

"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety. Was included with room. Breakfast was also in a newly renovated space. We did not use the laundry. The room was spacious and very clean. The television is now Roku which took some getting used to. All in all a great place to stay in Oak Harbor"
