"Mandalay is very well maintained, we were there the week after school holidays and it was spotlessly clean, the staff are super friendly (including ground staff). Our cabin (beach cabin 6) was really clean, the provided plates, utensils and kitchen stuff were all good quality and more than adequate to cook a few meals. "We had passed this property a few times on previous stays in that area. This time we were lucky to find it available for our Sandman50 weekend. Our room although up some stairs was perfect as we wouldn't disturb other guests as we had a 2am start and the room was huge, everything worked, my wife loved the shower and I fully appreciated the spa after my race. Would love to stay again."

"This property is right on the beach with an easy path to walk on or take a nice bike ride. We were in a beachfront 2 bedroom and the lawn in front was well manicured and beautiful. "I haven’t received the check in details at the time I arrived the property, and it is around 8pm and there is no staff staying there. My phone is not able to,call the property staff to ask for the check in so we knocked the door of one guest room and ask the guest helped us calling to the staff. Luckily we got a friendly guest and reached the staff via phone and finally our check in is success. Otherwise we can’t imagine where we can stay at that night. Btw the room is good, well decorated…"

"Stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for a night. It was spacious and clean, suitable for families with children. There’s a club house with a kids room and other facilities. It will be good if the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are a little cleaner though. In the evenings, ducks will start to colonize the pools. Food wise, there are some options nearby. Otherwise you can drive down to the city centre. "

"The property is well maintained. The 6 sleeper unit was adequately equipped with crockery, cutlery, bedding etc. Loved the quiet location and beach just across the road.
