"I love how helpful the staff was with my autistic son. Also put us on a quiet floor with low noise . Which was very helpful for him. I love that it’s a no smoking hotel so I didn’t have to worry about smoke smells. The pool and hot tub was working just fine our whole stay."

"Ok for a quick visit but wouldn't recommend for anything beyond a weekend stay. Please be aware that people do not respect the non-smoking signs throughout the hotel. My room reeked of cigarette smoke and I had to keep the AC going to filter out the smell. Mu entire side of the hotel was non-smoking. Also I wouldn't recommend bringing kids there. "The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was ok. The items were not checked frequently for being hot and replenished. The staff was very helpful when asked for assistance even at breakfast. I would definitely stay again. We plan to come back in September. It was a convenient location to get to the Harbor area. The parking was convenient and free."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The mattress was old and badly indented, making it feel like I was sinking into it. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. I personally went to the front desk and asked for extra pillows. They told me they would deliver them to my room, but they never did.
On top of that, the hallway had a strong, unpleasant odor that made the stay even less enjoyable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are much better places to stay."

"Overall, the room was rundown and dirty. The showerhead had mold on it. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work and the bed was uncomfortable. It seemed that there hadn't been any renovations in quite a while. I travel to this area frequently and will not stay here again."

"Room smell, musty and maybe a dog peed in the room previously we didn’t have to switch rooms. They did switch our room that room also did smell slightly and there was really no AC in the hallways. It was about 100° that day so as soon as you stepped out of your bed, your door it was just stifling hot."
