"My flight was delayed, along with multiple people that night. I was able to book a reservation for that night quickly & easily & also get the shuttle for pick up with no problems. Once at the hotel the lady at the front desk advised us all to go to the restaurant and order food quickly before they closed! Fantastic service. Food was ordered, I was checked in! And the Wonderful Courtney working the bar that night was truly wonderful to all of us stranded there over night! It was a fantastic...

"Quiet hotel, perfect for a couple days stay. Close to amenities and clean comfortable room. Would have given a higher rating if room was cleaner but it wasn’t the biggest deal. Could see stains on bed sheets and hair clips left from previous guests on ground. Not many breakfast options in lobby but also near many restaurants/fast food. Receptionist were really nice during check in and out."

"Upon checking in, we went into our room and it was upgraded according to staff due to accommodate the city views. I paid for a king sized bed and that’s all that mattered to me personally, I did not care about the view. When walking in, the bed was stated to be a queen sized but it did look smaller than a queen. "I have no understanding why both lodging designers & contractors don’t mount bathroom fixtures on studs ?
Closed captions were not available on the tv; and, desk clerk unable to activate. This is a serious inconvenience for many guests. I was not offered a room with cc’s available, either.
Breakfast offerings were mostly gone when we went to breakfast.
Very helpful to have the real time airline departure & arrival data display in dining area."

"This place was DIRTY. We would have been better off at a motel. Unmarked police cars arresting a guy in the parking lot while we’re checking in should’ve been our first clue, but we already booked and paid (no cancelations). "the first room we checked into, the fridge was leaking on the floor. front desk immediately gave us a different room and some snacks for the trouble. the rooms do not have carpet, so they are a little noisy. especially when the neighbors were having a rowdy good time. the bathroom light fixture only had one side working and the shower door did not close all the way. the shampoo and conditioner supplied smelled amazing! the bed was comfortable."

"First of all the front desk do not listen to. The guest they did what they wanted to. I came down to the front desk my instructions was very clear I don't need housekeeping service but unfortunately when I return from the funeral home my room had been service my luggage had been ramshackle as if they was looking for something now I forgot that my credit cards was in my carriage bag I REPORTED THE CARD STOLEN why informed the front desk

"We enjoyed our stay overall with one exception. Had an issue with the toilet not flushing well on our second day. Notified the front desk. They notified maintenance. Maintenance never came. Went back to the front desk multiple times and no one was present. We eventually had to use the restrooms on the main floor for the remainder of our stay. We checked out the following day. Other than the toilet issue our stay was great."
