"Établissement mal renseigné … le site s’appelle Stella. Il faut se fier à l’adresse exacte. C’est dans une résidence pour seniors. Il n’y a plus personne à l’accueil après 18h et pas avant 9h… la télévision ne fonctionnait pas (apparemment 38) car pas de câble TV. Le wifi était inexistant le premier jour et très défaillant les jours suivants (séjour de 3 nuits). La pile de la télécommande du portail était HS et personne a l’accueil pour ouvrir … voiture enfermée à l’intérieur du parking du site....

"The property consists of small apartments best suited for elderly couples. Their existing clients well represent that. We stayed with two teenage kids and it was tight, somewhat not fitting for the purpose.
The hotel has no AC so I would not recommend staying unless the outside temperatures are below 15C. The windows open but the street is extremely loud even at 3 am."

"The room we had (205) was nothing like the website photos of a self catering studio; it was much smaller, much more tired/old and the fridge, duvet etc was yellowing.
Difficult to walk around the bed, only one bedside table, window voile was ripped, etc.
The location was 13mins walk to the waterfront, which was beautiful and the front of house staff were brilliant! Parking was extremely secure 👍"
