"I stayed at this hotel after Expedia helped me find a replacement location when there were issues with my original reservation. Unfortunately, my experience from check-in to check-out was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the hotel, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor throughout the building. "I had a couple of issues, one was the bathroom. There was black gunk and hair in the corners and behind the toilet as the floor had not been cleaned sufficiently in weeks or months. It looks like they just ran a mop over the center of the floor. I always bring lysol spray and paper towels, so I cleaned it myself. "It could use a refurbishing. While it is currently smoke free, there was still the musty odor of cigarette smoke in the room. I turned the AC down and the fan on full and it was tolerable. The place is more than adequate for a night's stay. Breakfast was not impressive, but I came toward the end of the breakfast time. Orange was starting to ferment and I could not finish that. But the cereal was OK and there was still at least one serving of milk at the time."

"Room was musty, and around 85 degrees when I checked in. There is no coffee maker in the room. No comforter on bed, just sheets and a thin blanket. No shower curtain liner, just the fabric shower curtain which drapes into the shower. Both sink and shower drained very slow. TV channels would cut out constantly. I didn't rate it 1 star because it's cheap, but you get what you pay for."

"The place was nice. I didn’t spend much time there, just a few hours of sleep for four nights. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The guests were very nice as well. I definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the same area. Yes, the rooms are dated, but it didn’t matter to me."

"We stay there at the end of our trip to Maine. Was going to see the football Hall of Fame it was very close to it. Out of all the hotels that we stayed at on our trip this one was the very best and cleanest. During in the middle of renovating all the rooms. A very excellent choice for the price that you pay for night. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good too."
