"The view was outstanding. Wall size windows on the 11th floor made every view breathtaking. The room was open with a modern feel. Easy access to most areas. Valet staff were top notch. "Wonderful hotel on the square. The owner was super nice, the guy at the front desk waited on my due to traffic in the mountains to check me in. He was super nice. There’s history, cool decorations, modern class met old school charm. They did a wonderful job with the remodeling keeping the old feel and refurbishing it while ushering in modern amenities. You feel like you should be paying $500 a night, which in other areas it would cost that but Burnsville is a little nothing town and this place...

"It is located in the center of the village area, with easy access to shops, winery, restaurants, and not far from farm and kid's playground. We also enjoyed our walk from village to the Inn, along which we saw the vineyard and beautiful vies of blue ridge mountains. Staffs are friendly. Restaurant choices are great. "We decided to stay at this historic property vs normally staying outside of Asheville and it did not disappoint! The location is central to all that downtown Asheville has to offer within a few short steps. The property was beautiful and we appreciated the charming touches from the old department store.
