We only stayed one night. The hotel window looked out onto the road which was a bit noisy at night. Staff did not offer to show the pool or hotel areas when we arrived, in the morning the pool was closed for maintainance. Having the pool option was one of the main reasons why we chose the hotel.

I like that it was in a ok neibourhood even tough a homeless man was well installed on the stairs in front of the Hotel. The interior parking area is really dirty. Appreciated free shuttle to the beach and personal kidness and patience.

Le Drip Hotel charged me a €150 deposit, stating it was a precautionary measure in case of potential damages. Upon checkout, everything was confirmed to be in order, and I was assured that the deposit would be refunded immediately. However, over a week has passed, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel, I have received no response. This lack of communication and delay in returning my deposit is unacceptable.

DO NOT BOOK! I am a world traveler, and I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. It started with being harassed at the front desk with their confusion over how many people were booked for the room. Then being shamed after we asked for more towels, and then refused to give more on the same day the towels were changed. The last straw was when I was checking out and they accused me of eating an extra breakfast (for my pregnant guest) which did not happen. Seriously who starts fights with their guests and then doesn’t even bother to apologize. The pictures are accurate. The building is hard to find and parking is difficult. Save yourself the stress and stay anywhere else!

Pour avoir testé la quasi totalité des hôtels 4* de Marseille, je trouve que le Dripsl est un « peu juste » pour une classification 4* : décoration des chambres assez « froides », parties communes , petit déjeuner également à améliorer en terme de qualité. Les chambres côté rue sont très mal isolées, d’autant que le centre Cial à côté se fait livrer par camions dès 5h le matin… Et enfin, approche les 170€/nuit à l’époque où j’y ai séjourné, début avril. cependant, Le personnel est accueillant et agréable, la salle de sport est de qualité, et l’extérieur accueillant. Le « bar à bonbons » à l’accueil est une bonne idée ;) Pour ma part, je trouve que c’est plus un 3* de qualité, qu’un 4*

A l'arrivée le parking est très sale mais à la reception l'accueil est très agréable avec un personnel au top. La chambre est correcte et le lit confortable. Le distributeur de savon ne fonctionne pas et le fond de douche ne fonctionne pas avec obligation de le retirer manuellement. Je dirai bien plus un 3 étoiles qu'un 4 étoiles.
