I need my money back!!!

I refused to stay in the room i booked in Sylvabelle hotel in Marseille because it was filthy, stuffy, and did not feel safe. The pictures shown on the booking site had nothing to do with the hotel i arrived to. I tried to get a refund and i was told online i was too late. I m extremely angry, upset and feel i have been roped. I did not stay in the hotel so i dont understand why i was charged for the dtay????

Sans doute la pire expĂ©rience que j’ai vĂ©cu en hĂŽtel, voisin de chambre avec tĂ©lĂ© Ă  fond ou musique Ă  fond de l’autre cotĂ©. Mur insonorisĂ© que j’entendais mĂȘme l’accueil de ma chambre. Douche pas adaptĂ© au personne forte (25cm d’entrĂ©es dans la cabine) insecte dans l’oreiller sans doute punaise, hygiĂšne de la chambre Ă  revoir. Je n’ai pas rĂ©ussi Ă  dormir en 3 nuits chez eux. Je ne recommande pas cette Ă©tablissement mĂȘme Ă  mon pire ennemi.
