Rooms were so small. Staff was friendly and welcoming. A little disappointed that they charged guests who had reservations to stay there a €5.00 fee per bag to store them.

The hotel is well located. Less than 5 minutes walk to the tram and 4 stops gets you close to the buzzing Old Port area. The bedrooms are small and compact but spotlessly clean. The breakfast takes buffet to a new level. They serve the world’s smallest croissants and pain au chocolat. This is France guys!! Maybe look around for other breakfast options.

Great basic hotel in a decent location. Less than a 20 minutes walk from Saint-Charles train station and close to the trams and Metro. I wish the room had a trash can (the bathroom one is too small, not even enough for a water bottle). Also, a 10am check-out is a bit early for how little they need to do to get the room ready for a new person.

Good hotel

In a good way the most basic hotel. Everything was very tidy and you cant hear a thing from the corridor nor from the street which is good. We wished to have some tables etc in the room; there was nothing to put your stuff on. The area is not that cozy but trams and buses run often. Good air conditioning. The staff was nice. They wanted to charge 5e extra for leaving the luggage in the hotel for a couple of hours after check out so we didnt leave anything (usually this is free). For this price it’s a good value.

If you on a budget, this is the place...

Not sure why this property has some negative reviews. It's of course not a 5* but for the price (which was cheapest in Marseille) and the cleanliness, it was a great stay. Yes, bedding and room is not cleaned daily but that's not a big deal but they do offer FREE new towels daily. The rooms are minimalist but very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy and the Aircon worked fine. It is a little far from main city and the area at first sight appears rough but relatively safe (I was solo female and felt okay). There is a tram 5mins walk which takes you toain city (2-3 stops), supermarket, coffee/brunch place next door. 20mins walk from the main train station. Staff was really kind, yeh helped to keep my insulin in fridge. No fridge in room. Coffee machine, free water dispenser and vending machine in reception area.

Clean, straightforward hotel with helpful staff. Less than five minutes' walk from the tram line that gets you to most places in Marseille. Franprix store next door for anything you need. And they only charged Euro20 to keep the room until 1300

Clean, efficient, nice staff, however you may not have extra pillows. For extra towels you need to ask at front desk. There are no phones in rooms. This is a good overnight place if youre never going to be in the room in the day. Basically sleep and leave to other destinations. No iron either. No night tables
