Property was clean and had no issues. Close to the port for a cruise vacation. Room was very small. No place to eat close by. Ordered delivery. Lobby closes so had to wait downstairs for it and open the door. Small inconvenience but over all a nice place.

Great, but AC didn’t work

We booked this hotel as it was close to the port for our cruise. While the bed was really comfortable and the room overall great, my score goes down a bit as it was really hot inside and the AC wasn’t working that well.

They were kind enough to give us a room without air conditioning having a 1 year old daughter with us we spent the night fighting huge mosquitoes as we were obliged to open the window. And when we asked the lady about the ac she responded in irony and with a lie that the ac is working properly

Very good basic hotel in awful neighbourhood

I was there for one night only. Hotel is brand new. Room was tidy and bigger then average rooms in other hotels. bathroom clean and tidy. Staff can speak english, and that is very rare in france. Breakfast was very poor. Most important thing: hotel is in very bad neighbourhood, but has a good secured car park. neighbourhood looks like from american movies from the 80'. Like big city gettos where homeless sleeps on the streets etc

DO NOT STAY HERE - the hotel is ok (rooms were not ready, towels missing, soap missing, breakfast not great) BUT the worst about this hotel is the location, wasn’t safe to walk to the metro after 6pm, and didn’t feel safe walking around the street around the hotel. Would not recommend

Habitación cómoda, pero en la noche la zona del hotel se percibe insegura (lo dice un mexicano con conocimiento de zonas inseguras). Después de las 9pm cierra la recepción y el check-in se hace a través de una máquina (vimos a mucha gente pelear con esa máquina) El estacionamiento está a la vuelta y no está conectado al hotel, por lo que es necesario caminar por la zona misma que se encuentra grafiteada y sucia en general
