The property and the rooms were very clean. We had a miscommunication with the door codes but the host was able to get back to me in a timely manner. We booked a room for 5 people and it was very spacious especially with the lofts and extendable table. I highly recommend this property for families and groups.

The property and rooms were amazing. Super spacious, clean, and pretty. I loved the garden in the back. The location is also amazing - really close to the port. The only downside was the check-in process and the lack of responsiveness from the managers. Check-in was horrible - we weren't sent the code to access our room, another guest helped us and said she had the same issue. We had to contact 3 different phone numbers until someone finally answered (the other guest had to call because we didn't have a French number and they weren't responding via text from the other two numbers that had imessage). Then later on, we realized the codes they sent us for the two front doors were also wrong - again, they were non-responsive over text and another guest gave me the codes after I was locked outside for a while. They ended up responding 3 hours later so if another guest hadn't come to let me in, I would have been stuck. During the day there are some staff on site doing some cleaning and they were super nice and helpful, but if they're not there, getting responses from the numbers provided is near impossible.
