I have been coming to Egypt for over 20 years and have to say the new style of hotels are a great format for European travelers. The hotel and gardens are immaculate and kept very clean. "Beautiful hotel, great staff and decent food. Unfortunately we went in January so it was a bit cold at times. Also, the area around the hotel is not that developed; activists/shopping/sightseeing outside the hotel are typical over an hour away by car."

"Overall is a ok hotel, The staffs are friendly but the pluming wasn’t good. Shower room water was stuck. We could take a showers. We can’t brush our teethbecause the sink water was nearly. The view from our balcony was nice."
