At check-in, Eriko took the time to share the map of the city with her personalized recommendations. A couple of days before, she reached out to check if I needed airport transportation which I thought was a nice touch. "The staff here is super kind & helpful. Our main host was communicative with parking and reaching the Riad itself. The breakfast was delicious! The room itself was fine but could use some love and attention. It desperately needs updates with plumbing so water can flow/stop effectively. Otherwise it’s located in a decent area and could be worth the stay. "

"Tolles Riad mit perfekt zentraler Lage in der Medina. Es gibt zwei Bereiche in unterschiedlichen Stylen, ein arabischer und ein marokkanischer berberischer Innenhof. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich, zuvorkommen und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich in der ganzen Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das enthaltene Frühstück waren super. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in Marrakesh :) "
