1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget.

Petit séjour de 4 jours, j'ai rejoins ma famille. Cinquième année que je choisis cet hôtel, jamais déçue ! Equipe serviable et adorable, les animateurs sont souriants ! Vous êtes à 15/20 minute de la place Jamal, le rêve ;) Nous avons payé 15€ le taxi pour 6 personnes. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

The hotel was nice. The selection of food for the buffet was nice. The only downside. I was unable to get into my room after waiting 20 minutes onbthe first night after i was unable to get back into the room around 8pm at night

séjour magnifique

très bon séjours dans cette hôtel mi-janvier, très propre, ménage fait tout les jours,nourriture magnifique de choix,est de saveur,écouter pas les insatisfait qui critique toujours ,il ferais mieux de rester chez eux,nous avons passer 4 jours idéal plein de soleil pour ce reposer,loin du centre mais navette a 2 euro pour le centre ville.excellent rapport qualité prix

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days and I just can't understand why they never changed the bed, only gave me an outer bed cover and old rough towels.

On arrival we were given the wrong room. took 2 nights before correct room was given, manager yousef was kind enough to offer free spa treatment and no city charge as a compensation. Yahya the assistant manager was very helpful and welcoming and spoke English very well too

The hotel overall is nice and we have had a nice break. However, there are a few area's that really need to be improved. The rooms are tired and need updating, broken tiles in the bathroom, mould on the ceiling and furniture generally a bit run down. Water issues, this was a problem throughout our stay. Rooms and communal toilets often didnt have water to flush the toilets and the taps worked periodically. Staff, there were a lot of staff but most of them were standing around talking. On several occasions we had to gonin search for a drink at lunch time as the machines were switched off and there were only a handfull of half full bottles of pepsi etc. Dotted about. The hotel predominately caters for the French and this was very apparent when it came to service levels. French guest were greeted at the tables and offered drinks whereas the English were often left to their own devices. On the whole, the food was nice albeit a bit repetive but the lack of water and service received means we won't be coming back.

An average property but would not visit again. Food is buffet only & not much choice. Restaurant is not an enjoyable place as you spend half your time trying to find a clean table thats free. There is an a la carte but its not part of the all inclusive. I did dine there one night & it was much better than the restaurant but at a cost of £60. Day & night entertainment is all in French. Generally the whole resort could also do with a refresh as the rooms & grounds are tired.

C'est toujours un hôtel très familiale avec un personnel vraiment exceptionnel mais hélas la restauration a vraiment baissée de niveau. De repas gargantuesque et frais il y a quelques années à du réchauffé avec manque de saveur Triste L'animation c'est un peu n'importe deux équipes différentes,club Marmara et ceux de l'hôtel. Marmara a perdu beaucoup de chambres et le club suit le même chemin Dommage

Le service est long. La réception n’est pas présente et les bagagistes sont absents, donc ils faut porter son bagage toi même. La restauration est moyenne à médiocre manque d’hygiène mon fils a eu une gastro en plus la nourriture n’est pas bonne mal cuites Les chambres ne sont pas propres et mal équipé… L’hôtel ne vaut pas son prix.

Honest review. The checkin process was smooth and staff was polite and helpful. Staff Bahija have us a very spacious and comfortable room. Room was good. Not very posh but practical with 3 beds and separate toilet and bathroom. Fridge was available in the bedroom. Food was all inclusive and there was plenty of choice from breakfast to dinner. The only reservation for me was deserts area where mainly available options are cakes ad pastries. There should be choices of cooked deserts like local delicacies. Loads of drink options from juices, soft drinks and hot drinks. My best pick was moroccon tea. Plenty of activities through out the day and they are good. The only caviat is language (mainly in French) so people may find it less appealing. Aqua park is a must go. It is included in price and is a very well kept and safe area. Overall money worth it. Nice stay

This was a 3 night trip with my family, 2 children. The hotel is about 30-35min from the airport and city centre. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the main square few times a day see attached at a fee. Taxi charge over 200MAD for the same trip. But you can also use the InDrive app to book a car, although most taxis say they are illegal, they are a registered company in Morocco and InDrive drivers pay for a registration through the bank officially to get access to the app. They charge about a third of the price of official taxis. The hotel is in a very good condition. They offer food all day even if you miss the breakfast time you can still grab a bite by the pool if you are all inclusive. Good room service, staff very helpful. Phone did not work in room but we did not need it. indoor pool is available at the Atlas hotel by the front of the property which is the premium brand. Few minutes walk away from the reception of valeria madinah. Food service is good. Worth the price tag. There are no shops accessible within walking distance but compared to the city centre it is very quiet and peaceful. The views are amazing- from oue balcony it was the Atlas mountains.

November 2023 Review

Our flight was delayed. so checked in one day late. Our room was not ready on arrival despite checking in late. We were given a room but in block 8 which was less convenient for access. Variety of food available, however could do with more seasoning. Due to the restaurant being open (doors open), lots of flies, and also birds within restaurant. Need more protection on food, especially fruit and any uncovered food. Beds were comfortable but rooms need updating, quite dated. Rooms need more light too. No remote with TV (didn't raise with reception as only staying for a few days). When trying to contact reception from room, calls not always answered. Couldn't get room service either. Initially advised by reception that a a taxi would be arranged from hotel to airport when we were leaving on 6th November. However had to get taxi from outside the resort. Prices varied. From airport to hotel, cost was 200dhms From hotel to airport, cost was initially offered at 300 dhms then dropped to 250 dhms

I would NOT recommend this property, particularly for families. On arrival, we were placed in accommodation located at the back of the complex, requiring a long walk along an unlit pathway with slippery tiles and cracked concrete. Visibility was extremely poor, and I had to use my phone torch. As a result, my child fell and was injured. We were moved three times, and each room had hygiene and maintenance issues, including: • Dirty floors that appeared not to have been cleaned • Mould in bathroom areas • Stained bed sheets • Plumbing issues with constant noise • Excessive dust that triggered allergies These issues were raised repeatedly and documented with photos and videos. It became clear that this was not an isolated problem but the general standard of the property. We attended the booking and attempted to stay, but ultimately had to leave due to health and safety concerns. I would advise future guests to carefully consider cleanliness and safety before booking.

The room was just about comfortable. However the wifi could have been stronger. The hotel was 3 star. The hotel food and staff were excellent. The hotel location is a 20 min (£15) each way taxi ride from the centre. Overall, we had a lovely time here and thank the staff and management for their kind service. This is a very good value all inclusive hotel. If you want luxury, you should consider going elsewhere and paying double/treble the price of the Valeria. If you want good value, the Valeria is a good choice.
