This is a gem of a property. Wonderful morrocan breakfast served in the courtyard by the spa pool. Walking distance to everything. Hassam and his crew will do everything to look after you. Wonderful Staff. Lovely rooftop terrace with great views. Would highly recommend.

This property is beautiful, and the staff make it feel like home! Some days I didn't want to leave! The people here are amazing. :) Hassan made sure I was taken care of and even taught me a little Arabic! Highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for three days last month and had an incredible stay. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The accommodations were incredible - The riad itself is just stunning. Everyday during our stay breakfast was delicious and fresh. The location is excellent as it is close to all the major areas of interest and located on a quiet and very safe street. Don’t forget to check out the amazing view from the rooftop terrace! If you are staying in Marrakesh I would definitely recommend staying here. I miss it already!

Great experience overall, located at the heart of the Medina, staff was incredibly hospitable and kind and the riad was beautiful and very much like in the pictures. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was good, but very carb heavy, but they offered to make us eggs to add to it. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an authentic Moroccan experience in Marrakech.

We couldn’t be happier with our choice of riad. It was superb from the moment we arrived- several hours before check in- and were immediately given a delicious breakfast and a warm greeting. We were with our two children and we were all made to feel welcome throughout the stay. The room was stunning and impeccably clean. Every morning breakfast was slightly different and always delicious. A special mention to Hassan who was incredibly helpful and lovely. Would highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Raid K. The Riad itself is gorgeous with nice modern and comfortable interior. Our Hosts made our stay even more excellent by checking on us, arranging bookings and reservations for local restaurants and they were always polite and kind to us. An Oasis in the Medina

We had a fabulous 2 night stay at Riad K in early July. It was an oasis amongst the Marrakesh craziness. There were four of us in 2 rooms and both were beautiful and spacious. I loved the unique creativeness of each bedroom. We had a swim to cool down in the afternoon and were given complementary mint tea and homemade biscuits. We also spent a couple of hours sunbathing on the beautiful rooftop terrace. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. As with many Riads, it is tucked away in a quiet street near the spice market, I would highly recommend using them to book your transfers as they met us at the taxi and walked with us to the Riad. Thank you for a fabulous start to our holiday.

Rachid and Hassan went over and beyond to ensure my family and I were well taken care of during our stay at Riad k. We had an amazing trip because of them. Not only do you get outstanding service but the Riad itself is stunning and the pictures advertised look exactly how it looks in person. It is extremely clean and the rooms are so beautifully designed. Breakfast spread was so delicious and I especially enjoyed how everyone catered to our schedule and prepared breakfast at the time we requested. We can’t thank you both Rachid and Hassan enough and we will remember this beautiful trip to Riad K forever. For those of you looking for the best Riad to book, look no futher. This is the place to be!!! Special thanks to Lisa as well, who helped us tremendously virtually as well to make arrangements for travel. You are all so wonderful!!

The room was smaller and less well equipped than the Expedia pictures. Location - Next to a mosque so we were woken throughout the night by the ‘call to prayer’. Staff were very very friendly and helpful but perhaps untrained and disorganised especially when serving breakfast which was mainly served at low tables in the downstairs courtyard not on the roof. food was delivered in dribs and drabs coffee being offered - not every day but at the end of the meal. The breakfast was mainly a selection of breads and jams / honey occasionally at the end a cooked egg dish was brought.

The property was beautiful, you would never know that you were in the middle of all the shopping and bustle of the souks. It is quiet and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. They are well coordinated with the taxi and the porter hoping your bags to the Riad. When you first arrive from the airport you were dropped off further away and a porter waits for you to bring your bags to this place. You get to walk through the souks to arrive here, which is about a 7min walk. The day you leave, a porter is arranged for you to pick your bags up and take it to the taxi that will take you back to the airport. Very well coordinated. If you enjoy submerging yourself in the culture and love shopping then this place gives you all that plus comfort. If I do return to Marrakech, I would love to stay here again.

Los autos no llegan al hotel y caminas 20 minutos

El hotel en si es muy lindo y la habitación es en verdad muy bueno, el baño al no tener divisiones es muy frio pero en general bien, lo que es terrible es la ubicación ya que no se puede llegar en auto, debes caminar con tus maletas por mas de 20 minutos en unas calles empedraras, eso mata toda la magia del hotel.

Quiet retreat in old medina

This Riad was amazing. From the delicious breakfast, endless Moroccan Mint tea and all the space. The property itself is really pretty including rooms, foyer and roof top. They arranged dinner reservations, spa treatments and taxi service us to make our stay easier. There are several cute/delicious places nearby. It's a little off the path, but a nice retreat from the business in the market. I also had to work during my stay and was able to make/take calls and connect to WiFi no problem. The bathroom of our room was "open concept" with no door although the toilet was not actually visible. It was totally fine and we made it work as a group of girls who have traveled together for years, but something worth noting. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this Riad to many of friends who saw my pictures and demanded I send the information immediately.

(+) Le Riad est très bien situé au cœur du souk, près de la place des Epices, au fond d'une impasse calme. Aucun bruit ne dérange. Le patio est ombragé et frais, même en pleine chaleur. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux, efficace et à l'écoute de la clientèle. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux, excellents et faits sur place. La rénovation de tout le riad est récente, moderne et de très bon goût, avec beaucoup de cachet. La terrasse est grande et magnifique, avec une belle vue sur la ville. (-) La chambre K1 n'est pas conçue pour 4 personnes. Le deuxième lit rajouté n'était pas confortable. La piscine est petite et manque d'entretien.
