Das Zimmer hatte weder warmes Wasser noch Internet. Es war im Bad, in dem ja nur kalt geduscht werden konnte, auch noch verschimmelt. Es gab nur dreckige Decken zum Zudecken und die Temperatur konnte nicht reguliert werden. Ich war im Februar dort und es war kalt in der Nacht. Ich habe dann weitestgehend auf das Duschen verzichtet, um nicht krank zu werden. Positiv ist, dass das Hotel extrem zentral direkt am Marktplatz liegt und das Frühstück einfach, aber sehr reichhaltig ist. Das Petsonal ist freundlich, allerdings sind Sauberkeit und Ausstattung extrem mangelhaft.

Lo único bueno es la localización, el resto deplorable. En una de las habitaciones no habían cambiado las sábanas, la calefacción no funcionaba, los baños sucios, cortan el agua hasta las 7 de la mañana ....

Well worth the price

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist went out of her way to help me with train times to get to the airport. The condition of the hotel is a bit dated, but everything worked great and I am very happy with my stay.

De l'arrivée à l'hôtel jusqu'au départ, que de déceptions. Petit déjeuner proposé avec des produits de l'avant veille, tout sec, pas de boisson fraîche, table Bencale , pas d'eau chaude dans les chambres, serrures de la porte d'entrée pas fiable , aucun entretien..et leur politesse général du patron jusqu'au salariés, Néant. À éviter malheureusement. Finalement autant réserver les hôtels un peu plus écarté de Jamal el fna et d'y allé en taxi que de payer et être complètement déçu de son séjour à marrakech

Super séjour a Marrakech ,hôtel très accueillant on se sent en famille ,toujours a la disposition ,très aimable ,jolie décoration typique qui nous fait voyager et nous dépayses complètement,prix très correct pour un emplacement de rêve,on peut faire les visites de musés a pied et station de bus a proximité .Magnifique souvenir

De plek is handig omdat ik dan in de avond niet door donkere steegjes hoef te lopen
