"What was most enjoyable about our stay was the staff. They are a well oiled machine and clearly strive to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect. The concierge Team, Harris and Jennifer had a car service waiting for us upon our arrival. The prospect servers were outgoing and attentive. Anne at the from desk was extremely helpful. Taja kindly escorted us around town and was helpful with local recommendations. There are so many names I can’t remember but as a Team, Hotel Jerome works tirelessly...

The staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, and the food at West End was outstanding. The convenient shuttle service into town made exploring easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
