I had a fantastic three nights stay at Ramitos. The owner Tevfik Bey in particular and the entire hotel staff were vey welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. I hope to revisit Turunc and surrounding areas and stay at Ramitos again in the near future.

Great hotel,staff are excellent and helpful,out of the way built into the hillside,excellent Turkish breakfast,nice food in restaurant. It is a very steep approach to the hotel,can be walked but need to be fit. They will come and get you from the bottom if required. It was very quiet when we were there.

The hotel is placed on a mountain top. Will be good if you have car and is in good condition. Helpful and smiling staff. The breakfast was delicious and enough. The tv does not work because it's old system and use internet for channels. It said on the web site that the hotel had Tempur mattress beds, but that was not true. The bed mattress is very hard, not satisfied with that. I did get 3 quilt so it could get soft.

The hotel and our stay was fantastic! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Felicity and Rabia. I really enjoyed the breakfast which had a great selection of fresh local food. The location was also perfect for exploring Turunc. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

I booked this hotel while staying in Marmaris based on location but when we got there and it was unbelievably nicer than the pictures. Booked three nights and ended up staying five Location/hotel/staff all excellent Definitely will be back and recommend highly

I was expecting something better.

There was no internet or cable TV. Heater did not work. Called the tech service, they were able to fix the heater in the bedroom but living room heater did not work at all. There was an open bottle of wine in the room. Slipper missing. Breakfast served late.

Otelin balayı odasında kaldık. Cam tavan çok güzeldi ama yağmur yağdığından dolayı yatağa su damlattı. Ayrıca yine yağmurdan olsa gerek banyo giderinden bir lağım kokusu geldi banyoyu kullanamadık. Temizlik çok yeterli yapılmıyordu. Yemekleri ve çalışanları iyiydi. Spa ve masajdan da memnun kaldık.

Unser Zimmer war ganz oben dadurch zu viele Treppen zu laufen das Hotel ist eh auf einem hohen Berg Aussicht top Hotel Personal recht lustlos beim arbeiten außer eine Dame im serviscekraft die auch für die reception eingesprungen ist wo ich 5 min auf Personal gewartet habe kein ansprech Personal für den spa Bereich Hotel Pool viel zu kalt und Shuttle für Strand war auch ein Witz 1x am Tag konnte man runter fahren Service Flop Hotel top

Otel orman ve denizi birbirine bağlayan mükemmel bir konuma sahip. Doğa ile iç içe, sakin ve eşsiz bir manzara sizi bekliyor. Otelin mimarisi, odalarında ince düşülmüş detaylar tatilinizi daha da keyiflendirecek. Hijyen ve kahvaltısı da çok güzel. Öğle ve akşam yemeklerinde de birçok çeşit yemek seçeneği sunuyor. Ramitos Hotel’de iki gece konakladık. Havuz çıkışlı odada konakladık fakat odalar ana kullanım yerlerine inanılmaz uzaktı. Survivor parkurundaymış gibi çaba sarfettik odamıza ulaşabilmek için. Otelin çalışanlarının çoğu deneyimsizdi bundan dolayı hizmet performansından memnun kalmadık. Hijyen konusuna gelince yeterli özeni göremedik.

Hayal kırıklığı

Otelin konumu, dik bir yamaca teraslandırma sistemi ile yapılmış olmasından dolayı oldukça zor. Aynı düzlemde en fazla 10-15 adım atabiliyorsunuz, sürekli merdiven çıkıp inmeniz lazım. Temizlik hizmeti çok başarılı. Kahvaltının durumu kaç kişilik aileye ne kadar yiyecek servis edecekleri konusunda çalışanların aralarında bir fikir birliği olmadığını düşündürüyor. 2 yetişkin iki çocuk konaklamamızın ikinci sabahında, ilk sabahımızda verilenin yarısı kadar yiyecek getirilmesi (ör: 4 kişi için sadece 2 yumurta gibi), nedenini sorduğumda ise mutfak sorumlusunun “dün sabah size fazla verilmiş doğrusu bugünkü” yanıdını almam ve gelen iki kişilik kahvaltı ile çocuklarımızı doyurmaya çalışırken işisel çabamız sonucu kendimize de bir miktar yiyecek edinebilmemiz ve bu esnada çevre masalardaki dört kişilik ailelere bize konulanın iki katı yiyecek sunulduğunu farketmemiz gibi çok gereksiz ve üzücü konularla uğraştırıldık.
