"overall been a pleasant experience as generally the staff were very friendly. a pity though when i noticed there were no one to assist on luggages while i saw 5 staff hogging around the reception area upon my arrival, trolling in myself the luggages. something uncalled for especially from a hotel that aclaimed 5 star."

The location is a little off to the side and in more of a financial district, we stayed over a weekend when all the offices were closed so we felt a little unsafe walking at night.
