Now I know why this property has got an exceptionally high rating! Well-deserved! It was what all the reviews mentioned - cozy, clean, not just inside but the surrounding. Met Jeff, the personable owner who’d waited for my family of 5 as we had a late check-in. It was such a bonus to have the nice sourdough bread for breakfast w tea/coffee. Definitely worth the effort to be here for a relaxing stay.

Perfect half way stay for our young family from Melbourne to Canberra. Made the trip so much more manageable. The kids loved the place, had great fun in the little crooked playhouse, and at the pirate themed playground just up the road. We also loved seeing the cows through the windows and had an excellent dinner at the local hotel. Would stay again.

We were here just for one night to get some driving experience for the youngest son . And we were bowled over by the warmth of our hosts & the charm of the accomodation . Lovely spot. Definitely will return.
