"Arriving on a weekend means contactless instructions sent on the day, which isn’t pleasant if you don’t have internet. Kettle was super dirty, it was changed when I sent them an email by accessing the apartment the next day without informing me. Same with adding a blanket because I wasn’t able to control the AC from iPad and was freezing. I sent an email, they cranked up the heating remotely and the apartment was super hot.
