"Enjoyed the vibe"

"It's a central location in old town: 5 minutes from Castle and 2 minutes to Royal mile. Victoria street is next over so it gets a 5 star for location. That comes with its own downside, loud noise from bars was audible well into the night even with the windows closed. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Living room and kitchen are downstairs and king bed and sofa bed are upstairs. We were 2 adults and a kid and were comfortable. The only problem was the thermostat which had its own mind....

Having a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and cutlery, and a washer/dryer was a huge benefit! "This apartment style hotel was very roomy and had a great view of the Edinburgh castle. In a great location and you can walk to all the restaurants and shopping. We loved it!"

"Amazingly cute and quaint place in a PERFECT location right off of the Royal Mile. ONLY downside is there’s no lift (old building!), and the stairs are a killer with lots of luggage. But it was worth it! "

"A convenient location on Queen St, New Town close to the Portrait Gallery, restaurants/ cafes and tourist sites. The number 1 apartment was spacious, quiet and on the ground floor (no lift for upper floors) and had 8 steep steps to the front door. The two bedrooms & two bathrooms were located at the rear of the building and were quiet. Comfortable, stylish furniture & all kitchen amenities were provided.
