"Property was clean, but we ran out of hot water once, and since the wifi was out, there was no one to contact."

"We enjoyed our two nights stay here. It was very clean, had everything we needed, very close to Helen. Check in and out instructions were very clear. Communication was very good. We had a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, which was a plus. We are very satisfied and can recommend Nacoochee Valley Lodge to everybody."

"The room was disgusting, room was 111. The door looked like someone was trying to pry it open before, with the damage on the door frame and missing weather stripping. The door never seem to be 100% close. In the room smelled instantly of mold, the bathtub had mold on the drain and on and inside the jets, the shower had mold all over it's surface of the faucet. The fridge was nasty super dirty. Under the sink next to the trash can was some nasty brown stuff had no idea what it was. The staff...
