"The staff was amazing and very accommodating, especially Derek and Michael. The customer service from the staff at Ti Bananne was top notch and the food also very good. Sorry. I only remember the name Sam. I would definitely return and highly recommend for a quiet getaway. Only thing to be prepared for is that we found it difficult to shower without getting the bathroom floor wet. It seems like a design flaw. The bench and shower head should have been switched. We went early October and the...

"What a gem of a hotel! We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are amazing and so friendly, they remember every guest and really made our stay special. Rosa, Gavin and Eloise really went above and beyond and they are an asset to the hotel. The food was also lovely, the menu changes every couple of days but we did not have a single bad meal. The goat curry was really good! We loved that it was all inclusive but we were served every meal and it was al carte. Right near the beach and you get...

"It is on the beach. Some of the staff was helpful, others weren’t.Bathroom had black mold around it.Cleaning service was extremely poor.I left a water glass on the night table the night I arrived and it was still there when I checked out 4 days later. I went to restaurant and apparently they were delayed in opening and staff was just walking past without asking if I need any assistance.Nice hotel overall but staff needs more training overall."

"This is my second time staying at the hideaway and would definitely stay again. The staff is extremely friendly and would never pass you without greeting you, you will always find grounds keepers, either cleaning, or maintaining the property and the property itself is beautiful. The spa was absolutely amazing and definitely a must do. I worked with Tashel for months leading up to our trip in order to assure my husband‘s birthday celebration, and our guest had a memorable vacation. She assured...
