"They seem to be very short of staff. When we arrived, there was no body to take care of the check-in, and no bell to ring either. We just had to wait until a staff showed up more than 10 minutes later. The check-in then took quite some time too. Overall, very inefficient. "

"Room was disappointing, the floor was sticky, the mini freezer wasn’t working so there was black mold in it, there was unopened food left in the drawers, and there were red splatters of something on the ceiling. No remote for the TV. Overall, pretty sub-par stay."

"there is a beautiful view and the place is funky and fun and I felt very safe - plus, the guy at the desk was very kind and welcoming. However, the place was not very clean and the shower was not working great. It is a deal and worth a stay but the price is low for a reason."

"The check in process is entirely digital. It’s a little wonky since service around there is spotty and I think having human interaction is just better, But the grounds and living space were absolutely beautiful. Great spot to unwind and watch the stars from their giant hot tub."
