"This is a nice location outside of Rome. Very local community vibe. Expedia said there was a shuttle to the hotel but there isn’t. But it’s a 10 minute walk from the Santa Marinella train station. Room is older but quiet and clean. Lots of sweets for breakfast which was included. Very nice getaway."

"You get what you pay for. I only needed to stay for one night so I risked this booking. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the air conditioning in the room was not working properly- so it wasn’t an ideal temperature in the room. Additionally, the included breakfast was only pastries. Nothing sustainable- but better than nothing perhaps ?"

"We had a very poor experience at this hotel. The front end staff were very rude and unhelpful. We had to ask for help with the AC in our room 4 times before it was working. We had requested a crib when booking, which was never received. The curtains in the room were sheer, which was not great for our toddlers sleep. Upon discharge we were charged for the room again, even though it was already paid for through Expedia. The location is also not great if you don’t have a car. There are no close...

"this is a hotel but also a long term residence for workers in the area. hotel is very far from cruise port taxi 40 euro . there is nothing around except a pizza place and a coffee place which we did not use. walking to centre of town is about 40 minutes walk very long. room was clean but bare. with other choices available i would not stay there. too far and very simple hotel the pictures on expedia were not the true look of the hotel even the taxi guys did not know about this place. ...

"Loved this hotel before our Virgin Cruise. Perfect location and so accommodating. I will definitely be back. Breakfast made to order which is included and the views and location are breath taking. the Sauna, Pool and room are fantastic!!"

"The breakfast was OK. Too far out to walk into the main centre. Not many restaurants around, although we did find a pizza place called the ghetto which was close and had excellent pizza, but only 4 kinds. The hotel is run down , very uncomfortable beds!"

"Beautiful impressive looking Italiante home with lovely pool and gardens. It is a short taxi ride from the train station and town, but short walking distance to a small grocer, a bar, icecream/coffee shop and pizza restaurant. The room was large, clean and had everything you could need including some snacks, beverages and a small refrigerator. A perfect relaxing place for the night before a cruise! The property does border the train, but there is a tall stucco wall for privacy and sound...

"This is the perfect location if you are cruising! It is right across from the train station, where you can catch the shuttle for the cruise terminal. The property is lovely and the host is so helpful! Bianca gave us explicit instructions on where to go and how to enter the property and our room. There are a lot of local eateries within walking distance and the view of the water and sunset are lovely."
