"The hospitality industry is rooted in intention and defined by genuine, person-to-person connection. Upon my husband’s and my arrival, both associates at the check-in desk appeared to be engaged in a disagreement, and their rude demeanor toward one another was immediately apparent. This interaction set an uncomfortable tone from the outset and reflected poorly on the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, neither interaction demonstrated the level of warmth or professionalism one would expect. The young woman with long brown hair came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, while the associate who ultimately checked us in delivered a noticeably transactional and impersonal experience. As first-time guests, this initial interaction was disappointing and left a lasting impression. Regrettably, it has led us to conclude that this will also be our last visit."

"It was very unprofessional the way the charged me 400+ dollars for damages to the room when everything was there. Nothing missing or physically damaged. Every item was accounted for. Just because I was sick and vomited in the trash can and left a small, mind you I was very sick, cleanable mess, which is there job to clean and sanitize, to ask these prices to replace items that are all accounted for and still in a cleanable condition"
