"Nous avons eu des problèmes avec l’air climatisé qui s’est arrêtée. Carlos a été très gentil et l’a réparé mais elle s’est brisée de nouveau pendant notre 2e nuit. Les draps n’étaient pas super propres. Aussi, il manque d’espace pour nos effets personnels. Pour le reste, tout était parfait. Carlos est un passionné et nous transmet sa passion avec amour. "This is a hidden gem amongst the crowd of choices in Manuel Antonio. You will see more wildlife here than walking though the park. (Still go to the park!) The entire staff is are incredible example of Costa Rican hospitality. Treat this as your home. You will read in other reviews about a loud street. "I loved the hotel, everything I love, nature, wildlife, amenities, nice views. No pool but the beach it's very close. "Our room was filthy. We got there and keys under mat. Although the owner was in 1 of 4 apts he never told us about housekeeping (there was none) or trash or hoe to operate the outsode washer. He juat said hi. We had to ask for a garbage bag. We were there 7 days and wont do that again. No where to eat unless you take a bus. It was NOT a few minutes walk from beach or anything. The bed uncomfortable and towels stunk. Never again. "

"This is an incredibly beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Moses is awesome and greets you with a smile every time he sees you. The bar is convenient, although the drinks are very expensive outside of happy hour. There is wildlife all around the hotel, from three different species of monkeys to scarlet macaws, to iguanas and frogs. It's in a great location within walking distance from anything you might need. Highly recommend. "
