The accommodations were poor. It was very small, the beds were not comfortable, they did not provide enough bed linens for all the beds, and there was a bag of dirty towels left behind and no clean towels. Staff brilliantly secured check-in in spite of in-house (temporary) IT issues. Accommodation was clean and spacious. Special thanks to 'virtual check-in man' on check-in. Special thanks also to 'cleaner lady' on check-out for effective communication skills. It was the best of city centre living.
