"Staff was not as available via phone/physically and this place being in a semi remote old fishing village of southern italy where a corolla type size car or larger cannot get down (golf carts are kind of available for guests to use during certain hours to get 3/4 mile of the way up where the parking lot if, was not ideal when traveling with a family and a small child. Room had a beautiful view and basic amenities were available."

"This property is an amazing place to stay. All of the staff is amazing. The rooms were awesome. The restaurant was great and it gave you a feel of living out in a quiet part of Italy rather than the big city feel. Highly recommend this as a place to stay."

"This is not the most convenient location- you have to take a shuttle with limited times to get to the train station to get to Sorrento and from there get a ferry to Naples, Capri or Amalfi / Positino. I thought we were staying in Sorrento so took a ferry there and it costs us $80 euros to get to hotel sadly. You also have to get a bus between the ferry port and train station or walk it. All of this hard on my husband who uses a Walker. However, with all that said, this place is TERRIFIC!! No...

"This location is perfect I recommend staying here as your steps away from Villa Rufolo. The amenities in the room are comfortable as well with a view from your balcony. The continental breakfast is awesome you pick the time you want to have breakfast then upon on arrival they serve you drink of choice, sweet bread basket in the center of the table & your main breakfast freshly made. "The shower cabin was too small for my large husband. The water was not constantly warm, sometimes it changed to cold. Also I reserved 2 room. Only one room had a bidet. "

"During our 11-day stay here, every staff member we interacted with were friendly and responsive. There were too many standouts to highlight - front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc.. I would have run out of Euros tipping everyone deserving of a tip. We want to thank the Gold Tower management and staff for making our Italian experience more enjoyable - So glad we chose your resort!"
