"Room was clean but the establishment is visibly aging allot and can tell. The elevator is a whole experience in ita self and needs attention for the gueat sake. The highlight of the atay is the staff although hars to understand a little but ery nice and helpful."

"A/C worked great, staff was very courteous and efficient. I was skeptical when I booked the room because it was so inexpensive compared too others in the area but I was very pleased with the room. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises. It's older butt they have done a good job of taking care of the property and providing clean up too date amenities."

"When I reserved the room, I had no idea it wasn’t connected to the hotel. Inside smelled musty, and didn’t see or feel clean. The front desk lady was rude as hell. After driving 8 hours in straight rain, I got there around 2pm. I was tired from the drive, and just wanted to go to the room. Without even checking to see if the room is available yet, she instantly said we’re going to have to charge you for early check in. I’ve worked for hotels before, so she could have told me let me check and see if we have one, instead of rudely saying there’s an early check in fee. Really? 2pm is not that early. Long story short, after driving in the rain for 8 hours, I had a headache. I then no longer wanted to get back in the car to drive to the casino. I will not stay there again!"

"I paid on Expedia and Tanglewood charge me again after I checked out they don’t have a free breakfast they try and charge you $18 for powder eggs and preheat bacon and sausage"

"My room was excellent! The price was also below the going rate. Remodeling was taking place in the lobby and breakfast area which I would imagine is the reason for the price drop? The room was excellent. Large, clean. The front desk was efficient and friendly! I would definitely stay there again!"
