"This property was ideally located near the town of Cabo Rojo and its popular sites, When we arrived, it seemed too good to be true. The place was lovely, very tidy and equipped with everything we needed. It almost felt like home away from home and we treated it as is. When we first walked in, we noticed a puddle of water near the refrigerator and immediately noticed that the water filter in the laundry area was damaged. We contacted the host/team and the water leak issue was resolved in no time...

"Overall, the experience was good. Upon arrival, our studio was not ready, although the cleaning staff resolved the issue quickly. The first impression was positive, but several details affected our stay. I also shared this same feedback directly with the host. 1. We could not control the A/C temperature, so the first night was extremely cold. 2. The provided bedsheet was stained and dirty, so we could not use it. 3. The sofa bed and upholstery were dirty. "The balcony was the best part and location. It needs still an update in some things like the mattress. Stairs are long and it has street noise. No air conditioning in the kitchen, and living room, but it has a fan. Beware of some mosquitoes and it is like an old building, not renovated. Comfy sofa bed!"
