Diese Unterkunft in Marienbad war für uns perfekt, schön und zentral gelegen, sauber und freundlich. Das Zimmer unter dem Dach war zwar hell, aber ohne Aussicht, etwas warm, aber dagegen gab es ja die Klimanlage. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Nice hotel stay during a motorbike tour

Nice hotel in a renovated Villa. They didn‘t charge for my motorbike parking. Breakfast for a business travel starting at 8am is a bit late. In summary a very nice hotel close to the famous Kollonaden of Marienbad.

Welcome to the sauna

The room provided was not fit for people to sleep in. When we entered the room the temperature was over 40c when the outside was only 28c. The hotel provided three air conditioning machines in the room non of which worked and provided cool enough air. Upon speaking with the hotel management around 8pm we were offered a refund to go and stay somewhere else but as we were only in Marianske Lazne for 1 night and most other hotels were fully booked this was not really an option for us. Very little sleep was achieved with a lot of sweating. This hotel also fails to achieve international standards with no shower only a bath and a shower hose but you have to hold it yourself. The hotel also did not provide shampoo and for the price paid this is very poor.

Eine sehr alte Villa sehr exklusiv restauriert und sehr schön eingerichtet. Bei der Ankunft sehr freundliche Auskunft über den Ort bekommen. Frühstück super, Preis -Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut Leider nicht für gehbehinderte geignet, steile Auffahrt, kein Aufzug Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Ist für uns unverständlich, wie das Hotel so eine hohe Bewertung hat bekommen können. Das Hotel ist gut, aber es besitzt keinen Aufzug, der zweite Stock ist nur über eine Wendeltreppe mit ca. 50 Stufen erreichbar. Für ein 4 Sterne-Haus etwas überraschend, gut dass meine Mutter nicht dabei war. Ebenso besitzt das Hotel keinerlei Wellnessbereich. Beim Frühstück kann man zwar viel zusätzlich bestellen, das meiste ist aber Aufpreisflichtig. Sogar ein Espresso oder Cappuccino kostet extra und zwar soviel wie im Cafe, ca. 2 bis 3 Euro. Für mich ist das inakzeptabel. Frühstück ansonsten ok, aber nichts besonderes.

Magique Marienbad

La Villa Patriot est très située pour faire de belles promenades dans cette ville thermale magique.Sous la neige un vrai décor de film. La cuisine est très soignée avec une belle carte gourmet! Ivana la propriétaire est très professionnelle et une magnifique hôte. Mon séjour un pur régal. La Villa est bien située pour ceux et celles qui veulent aller aux thermes.

관광 단지 내에 있어 이동이 편함. 리셉션 직원이 굉장히 친절하여 마리안스케 라즈네에 대한 안내를 잘 해주어, 편하게 관광할 수 있었음. 다만, 엘리베이터가 없는 것이 약간 불편했고, 새 수건에 머리카락 뭉치가 있는 것이 두 번 발견되어 세탁 후 수건을 널 때 세심한 주의가 있었으면 함. 에어컨이 없고, 선풍기만 있었지만, 그리 덥지 않아 문제가 없었음.

Nobody at reception after 8 p.m.

There was nobody at the reception after 8 p.m. They claim this is stated on their website but we did not check as we were never in a hotel where there was not someone 24h at reception. Restaurant was also closed and by chance we found a person who could give us a key. There is no lobby and nobody who could help with the luggage. Also no elevator and quite a long walk from the car to the room. Room was ok, breakfast ok.
