"The hotel was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. Great coffee. The room was warm, comfortable, and soundproof. I had a view of the mountains and the night sky. The staff were warm and helpful. Special appreciation and shout out to Patrick. He helped me get orientated to Innsbruck, use the public transportation and arrange my train trip back. "The hotel is in the centre of the old town. Was ideal for access to all the Christmas markets. As well as lots of shops and many places to eat and drink. Access to public transport was easy with bus stops and taxi rank all in a short distance. The hotel was lovely, we stayed in a large room right at the top which had views of the mountains. "The rooms were really spacious and had plenty of space for our family of three. The location was brilliant as jsut under a 10mins walk to a shopping mall that had a large supermarket and ice rink to entertain the kids. It was only a 15-20mins walk to the Christmas markets and 10mins walk to the train station so we felt central to all the sights and amenities without the hustle and bustle of being in Innsbruck old town. Breakfast was basic but set up us for the whole morning/early afternoon....

The food and service in the restaurant was excellent and, although it is tucked away from city noise and lights of Innsbruck, it is a very easy and short drive into the city.
