"We chose this resort to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and while there were some positive aspects, our overall experience did not meet the expectations of a luxury five-star property. Upon arrival, we waited about 10–15 minutes before being greeted. During the booking process, the hotel had been informed that we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary as a same-sex couple. At check-in, we were asked if we wanted to change to a room with two beds instead of one. We found this comment disappointing and somewhat inappropriate given the information already provided in our reservation. Another major downside was the lack of an introduction to the resort. At other luxury five-star hotels, staff usually take the time to explain the property, point out the pools, restaurants, amenities, opening hours, and answer any questions. None of that happened here, which made the arrival feel impersonal. The resort is also very family-oriented, with many children throughout the property. The staff was wonderful with families and kids, but if you’re a couple looking for a quiet or romantic getaway, this may not be the best choice. The buildings are beginning to show their age, and some areas feel worn compared to what we expected from a luxury resort. On a positive note, the restaurants were excellent and the dining experience was one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, while families will likely enjoy this resort, we don’t feel it delivers the level of service, attent"

"Food was nice and the people staying were ok. Mixture of families and young adults. Didn’t get to loud but reasonable hotel. Swimming pool area could be bigger for the amount of people staying but it’s was still nice."

"Primero que todo en la habitación dejamos una basura botellas vacías y las chicas no la recogieron y lo segundo teníamos que avisarle al chico que nos abriera el garaje para llegar . Deberían de tener otro sistemas de cámaras y tener registradas las placas del carro cuando uno hace la reserva. Pero de resto todo genial piscinas desayuno excelente y un chico excelente muy formal el que da las toallas en la piscina el cubanito. Las chica de la piscina principal del piso 0 la chica de trencitas que reparte las bebidas muy grosera. Debería de quedarse callada y no responder de la manera que lo hizo."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel, especially for a relaxing beach holiday. The location has both pros and cons. It’s only a short walk from the beach (which is fantastic!) but the area is very touristy and can get quite crowded. Please note it’s a bit far from the city centre, although public transport makes it easy to get there. The hotel was very clean throughout my stay and my room has been cleaned everyday. The only small issue was that the balcony wasn’t swept or cleaned during my visit. The room was compact but perfectly convenient for a solo traveller. One downside was the soundproofing: there was a noticeable gap between the door and the frame, so noise from the corridor could easily be heard. I was quite surprised because the description said soundproofed whereas it is not. I would recommend upper floors since there is less circulation. The food was decent overall. Breakfast could have had better flavour and quality, but the dinners were enjoyable and offered a large variety. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Overall, I left with a positive impression. While there are a few areas that could be improved, the excellent staff, cleanliness, and proximity to the beach made for an enjoyable stay. Thank you!"

"All the facilities in this property are really well kept. Rooms are big and really nice. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The spa, swimming pools, and the gym are really well kept. Even with new machines at the gym, I really enjoy staying there. Also, the vibe is more adults versus kids. I will for sure comeback"
