The Jufenalm is a true mountain sanctuary and made out trip around Austria truly special. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in comfort and quiet luxury. The interiors are stunning and cozy, and decorated to boho perfection! The amenities are outstanding — the sledding, animals, the amazing pool and spa facilities are all perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. Every detail feels thoughtfully considered, and the staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming, making the entire stay feel effortlessly special. We left relaxed, pampered, and already dreaming of our return. I can’t underestimate how special this place is ✨.

Der neue Spa Bereich, sowohl als auch der Pool waren wirklich ein Traum. Wir hatten vorher schon in vielen Bewertungen gelesen, dass das Hotel bis zum kleinsten Detail perfekt ist und dies können wir bestätigen. Der Service in jedem Bereich war wirklich herausragend, die Atmosphäre einzigartig gemütlich und auch das Frühstücksbuffet war überragend.

Man gibt sich Mühe, aber es reicht nicht

+ schöne Deko, sehr instagrammable (dementsprechendes Publikum) + Lage mit Bergsicht + Leckeres, ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet + Herziger Glühweinstand + Welcome-Drink, Brot als Abschiedsgeschenk und Weinflasche als Wiedergutmachung - Service abends freundlich, aber teilweise sehr langsam und man musste mehrmals rufen (Blicke und hochgehobene Hände wurde ignoriert), einmal bekamen wir Brot, dann wieder nicht, kein Personal an der Bar - WiFi ging nicht im Zimmer (auch nach mehrmaligen Rebooting) - Licht-Bewegungsmelder bei der Tür, welcher bei jedem Drehen im Bett anging und erst am 2. Tag erklärt wurde - sehr warme Temperatur im Restaurant - Essen abends schön angerichtet, aber eher so lala - sämtliche Wellness-Aktivitäten draussen -(zwei Sauna, Whirlpool, Gegenstromanlage) und zu klein (Ruhebereich max. 6 oder 8 Personen bei 30 Zimmer), öffnet erst 13h - insgesamt schlechte Kommunikation: nicht informiert wurde, dass man zum Massage-Kubus (ein externen, Art Container mit Fenster, schön eingerichtet, etwas kalt) durch den Schnee ums Haus muss, weshalb ich nur im Bademantel und Schlappen da stand und mich nochmals umziehen musste. (Massage aber gut und nachfolgende konnte gratis storniert werden) - Es gab Leih-Schlitten und Gratis- Abholservice ab 3 Nächte-Aufenthalt. Gesagt wurde, dass man vorgängig reservieren müsse - allerdings nicht, wie lange vorher und so war alles am Vortag wegen externer Gäste und unserer Massage ausgebucht.
